Research Origins
Innovation is the lifeblood of our economies, and the path to humankind's advancement. For the past twenty years, we have dedicated our lives to understanding the principles that drive innovation.

Innovation & Creativity Can Be Learned
Through decades of research, observation of thousands of innovators, and real-world application with hundreds of organizations, we can definitively say that innovation and creativity can be learned. In fact, academic studies consistently show that more than two-thirds of our creative capacity is dependent on our work environment, job function, and most importantly, our day-to-day decisions.
Innovator's DNA
The Five Discovery Skills are the key behaviors consistently practiced by innovative people. These behaviors—Associating, Questioning, Observing, Networking, and Experimenting—contribute to one's ability to generate novel ideas that result in new products, processes, or business models
Innovator's Method
Whereas The Innovator's DNA focuses on innovative people, The Innovator's Method teaches an end-to-end process for innovation. This is a proven process that successful innovators use to conceive, test, and validate new business opportunities.
During the insight phase, you will craft the vision for your idea and describe how you will focus your time and resources to create impact within your organization.
