Commitment to GDPR
- Controller: iDNA is the controller who determines the purposes, conditions, and means of the processing of personal data.
- Processors: iDNA only employs data processors who are GDPR compliant. These processors include, but are not limited to, AWS, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Stripe, and others.
- Data Subject Rights
- Right to Access: Upon your request, iDNA will provide access to, and a copy of, your private data.
- Breach Notification: Users will be alerted within 72 hours if their personal data has been compromised.
- Right to be Forgotten: Upon your request, iDNA will cease processing, and/or delete, all your personal data.
- Data Portability: Upon your request, iDNA will send you your personal data.
- Privacy by Design and Default: Data protection safeguards are built into products and services during the earliest stages of development.
- Data Minimization: iDNA will hold and process only the data absolutely necessary for the completion of its duties.
