Drawing upon the research found in our first book, The Innovator's DNA, we dive deep into the five discovery skills of disruptive innovators: Associating, Questioning, Observing, Networking, and Experimenting. We'll teach you how to successfully apply these skills to your own innovation profile to create a development plan for the future.
Innovation Process
Here is what you can use: Our process for innovation centers on teaching how to take great ideas to the market. Based on the process defined in Nathan Furr and Jeff Dyer's book, The Innovator's Method, the process weaves together essential tools from lean startup, design thinking and agile software to help you create, refine, and commercialize new ideas.
